No, I actualle believe that unironically. It is created to spread joy and be aesthetic. The same cannot be said for most of art.
Especially once you see, that this is concidered "art" by the most famous czech "artist"

Yeah, his collages are quite inspiring, and I even saw a few thought-provoking peaces.
But his absolute dick and ball collection was unironically half of the exibition.
