@tomie @picandor @beardalaxy I don't necessarily think it has to come as a result of trauma though. I think a lot of the time people with odd paraphilias aren't "damaged" so much as operating normally for a specific evolutionary situation we're not in anymore.
I mean, there are tribes in africa (Khoisan, not congoid, so actualyl more closely related to whites than most blacks) where the women have roughly that same kind of grotesque body type, which might have been a mutation to survive famine.
