Republicans came to his defense, saying that his 1st amendment right was being violated.
Accounts like "EndWokeness" (allegedly Jack Posobiec) and "Libs Of Tiktok" and even actual politicians were demanding his reinstatement.
Hold up hold up hold up.
So now "right-wing"ers are saying that being able to view, possess and post "the stuff" is a 1st amendment issue?

@Aldo2 this is actually extremely fucked up and it shows that laws practically do not exist for anyone above a certain fame/monetary threshold.

However, I don't think the solution is more and more laws and heavy-handed enforcement driven by even greater hysteria.
I think the solution is rooted in actual understanding and fairness.
Do I think Dom Lucre should be sent to jail and raped to death by a pack of murderers for the crime of possession or viewing? No.
Japan (pre-June 2014) had it right.
