There need to be "freedom zones" where all laws are suspended. Entry and exit from the zone will me recorded, you go in and you're responsible for your own safety. Anyone can come out of the zone at any time, the zone is not a prison.

seems like whatever instability he's going through is emotional response to girl getting vanished (or maybe that was a gal getting probed on alien table... but then i dont see motivation for the suicidal lines).
lights could also be feds glowing up his door on a raid after him figuring out what the elites did to make his girl vanish... but there's too many alien references for me to buy that idea

early part with him hiding seems like that, and the alien lights are just plain old spotlights
take the ending at face value and he's going to the heavens - either getting merc'ed by feds or abducted by aliens. or committing suicide. take your pick. given the ADD mentions and the fact that this song is pre-...whatever this is, from back when big pharma/teachers/feds were just starting to label everyone with disorders and trying to drug everybody, good chance of it being feds merc'ing him bc he learned too much, covering it up as a suicide, and then blaming his ADD on it (complete bs, but obviously the media buys that up and everyone ignores it when literally every family member/friend/love/etc tells the world it's bullshit).
