There need to be "freedom zones" where all laws are suspended. Entry and exit from the zone will me recorded, you go in and you're responsible for your own safety. Anyone can come out of the zone at any time, the zone is not a prison.

@Jazzy_Butts this has been tried a few times and it always goes poorly because the kind of people that go there usually aren't the kind of people that want to protect anyone (let alone have the ability to).
