I try to eat less to lose weight but then I have zero energy and lay around all day waiting for what muscle mass I do have to waste away
If chips, potatoes, fast-food, soda, cakes and sweets are part of your regular diet, try cutting them.
You'll be surprised at how much weight you can lose just from cutting out sodipop.
@Aldo2 I don't eat much processed food but I'll eat super rich home made stuff too much, I'll make cookies, sweet lemonade, deep fried potatoes, it's too much, and I don't eat enough protein because I've been too depressed to prep lately
Yeah, you probably want to reduce sugar and carbs.
Tuna salad is quick and easy to make big batches of:
Tuna + Red Onion + Sour Pickles + Mayo (black pepper optional)
Or just make burgers with leaner beef.
I want to lose weight somehow so I feel confident and worthy of love so I can let people see me (can't go on dates if I'm scared of being looked at)
Maybe the solution isn't changing my body, maybe it's my attitude :C
