Once when I was at my exs place after an exhausting night of dancing and rolling, I was so tired, and just wanted to be by myself, so I went into the walkin closet bedroom, and just sort of cried because I couldn't help it, I was feeling so awful. And then one of the guests, let's call him Kevy, popped in to grab his bag and noticed me crying, he asked if I was ok and I said yea, and then I heard him telling all the other gays "She's crying in there..." and it was the first time Kevy every spoke of me in a non derogatory tone, and I was just like, where was this empathy before, Kevy, because he's one of the ones who was being a cunt to me for no reason.
