I still don't know what a fucking liberal is. Liberal government? Like liberal application of a skin cream? So lots of government? Is that a liberal? What do they believe in besides lots of government? I always assume they're the same as leftists but I guess they're not...no where I've found has explained it enough that I understand it. I understand why I have so much internalized racism, I found out my mom's a racist. I thought she wasn't because she's always loved Jews but I think it's just because they look white. She really doesn't like black people because when a black person gets murdered by a white she doesn't like if the white is punished too hard.

@shoulderdemon @zoocat Is there actually any evidence that it was abusive, or are people just assuming that? Because I haven't seen any real evidence that any abuse occurred, and the most people can point to is that he suddenly stopped associating with the family/girls but that's not really evidence of anything other than they stopped associating, I stopped associating with my karate instructor because I stopped taking karate, and people could say he abused me because our bodies were intertwined on a regular basis, but he didn't, and just because someone thinks a man shouldn't take a picture of a child doesn't mean that if he does it's abuse. A Victorian would be horrified that I wrestled with women in training, does that mean that what we did was improper?

How do I convince my mom to stop being a boomer pig who opposes kids having access to the internet? Internet makes kids aware of abuse they may be suffering and makes them aware of new ideas and ways of life (important if their parents way of life is violent or unhealthy). She's in a position of power and can influence lives so I want her to be on the right side of history.
