Know that Shakespeare considered Julius Caesar to be a tyrant and he was considered to be a tyrant by the people of the time that Shakespeare was writing in, and so he didn't really have to explain that he was a tyrant in the story, everyone just knew. It would be like if somebody made a play about Hitler today, you don't have to explain how Hitler is shitty the audience just knows.
