And I know Wolverine loved Jean not Rogue, but the movie never acts like the reason why is her age or that it's super wrong because she's "young", but just not as confident as wolverine likes. So it's not an age thing, it's a personality thing, disguised as an age thing, and I think that's why they got away with it.

I rewatched the first Xmen movie and my eyes bugged out of my fucking skull when I saw/remembered the on screen romance between Rogue and Wolverine (who they point out many times is VERY OLD, VERY VERY OLD, HE IS AN OLD MAN, HE IS ELDERLY, GERIATRIC). Rogue is a teen girl, and at no point does the movie do that faggy shit where they're like HAHA BUT THAT'S ACTUALLY GROSS AND HERE'S WHY. No. At no point is it like "This is gross because she's a LITERAL CHIYULD", and I respect it for that. But I do not know why this film hasn't been cancelled yet.

Imagine being able to admit all the things inside you to yourself instead of living a lie. Everything your ancestors ever did is inside you within your genetic code. Do not act holier than thou.

And not even a little tired. But just so fucking tired, dancing like a trained monkey for society is an impossible task given enough time. You eventually will just break down and be honest, or you will shut down and become non functional.
