Me to myself: Never trust, trust is dangerous, always doubt, never feel safe, because you are never safe, as soon as you let your guard down you are no longer safe. Be on edge. Look, listen, wait, be patient and stoic, play your part, smile, but never let them in. It's too dangerous to let anyone in.

It just sounds nice
I was faced with a difficult decision today.
In light of the twitter fallout and a mass exodus of new users being introduced to Mastodon and joining the fediverse for the first time, the server for baraag buckled at the influx of traffic. I thought I had more time to upgrade the server but I am unable to immediately address all this new activity to keep up with it.
