@LukeAlmighty 24 doesn't make sense considering it's the start of a new day. 0 does make sense because there haven't been any hours of the new day yet. What really doesn't make sense is 12am xD
The only time I accept 24+ is the way the Japanese do it, where if there is an event that would go from 19-2, for instance, they just say 19-26. It means you don't have to write a second date and it's so early in the next day that people are expected to still be awake.
