I used to work in a bookshop.
On my last day, a Karen walked in, and did "a sound" to grab my attention.

I turned to her, greeted her, and was looking directly at her with focus, to hear what book she needs.

After 2s, she gets insulted, tells me, that I should smile more and goes to another colleague. She didn't even let me help her, because of her butthurt. And when she reached my manager, she immediately complained about my rudeness.
