Yes... but it is also a problem caused by the high power draw. The same user error used to not be a problem when the GPU needed half of what it wants now.

@LukeAlmighty @alyx i don't know if you could get away with having your power cable unplugged and angled no matter how much power was being drawn.
@LukeAlmighty @alyx haven't watched the amd video but at least with nvidia the problem was 99% user error
