Fuck calories and Kcals. You assholes couldn't behave and had to make shit confusing. In HEALTH FFS!!! The one field, where dumb people like me cannot afford to figure out what the fuck you meant.
I want all my food rated in joules now.
@LukeAlmighty burgers just always call kcals calories because they are allergic to any measuring systems that make sense, but if you want joules you can always recalculate yourself, 1 kcal is about 42 joules i think
don't forget to watch insulin index and glycemic index (not the same, lmao!), and overall nutritional value!
