@LukeAlmighty no. You can't even see the great wall from space without visual implements. That's another white lie they tell kids growing up.
@LukeAlmighty also when you look at images like this from Google Earth etc, you have to realize these are composites. Look at the topographical features out there in the middle of the ocean. You can't actually see that unless you have radar for eyes.

The great wall is on average 4-5m wide, so it doesn't take much thinking to realize, that it most likely cannot be seen from space.
