I'm gonna sound like a weeb again, but I had sake for the first time and I think it's the only good alcohol. Sweet enough to not be throat burning, but not too sweet to glue down your throat.
It's like a mellow wine with a hint of nuts.

@LukeAlmighty @matrix I've heard that Japanese beer is really good but I've never tried it and I'm not really a beer guy to begin with. But I've only tasted American beer which is apparently really shitty.
@LukeAlmighty I'm not a drinker, so our scales might be very different.
