Wondering about some self care

Some people are suffering from an insanely weird "just" disiese.

My mom has a terminal case, and it makes any kind of communication impossible.

If I say: This website looks ugly, I am not looking for someone to say "JUST customize it", I expect a conversation about the experience of the site as is.

If I say, that I hate reservations on train, someone saying "JUST use the system" doesn't help.

The word "JUST" is used to literally skip over the entire important part of the topic. And It makes me sick in the head to hear it.

Either you can see this with "blindness" setting off, or you can have crayon soup over your entire screen. Your choice. But you cannot set anything in between.
