I do not consider myself to be a race realist, but I still do care to inspect every question as objectively as possible. I guess I am just autistic that way.

No matter if it's the race, pedo, jewish or any other question, even if everyone is disgusted, I just want to know the answer as objectively as possible.

It is simple. If they do not care to go directly through the resume, just immagine what kind of care are they gonna show, when deciding your pay, or even your work conditions... Just something to think about.
