Love the fact they even had to move the entire scale in 2015...

But to defend them, 1st, it's quite a hidden problem that can totally sneak up on you.

2st Globally, the education systems are shit. I have no idea just how bad it is an america, but noone is teaching even basics of human biology on deep enough level to understand insulin production. And without that knowlage, it's quite hard to form a diet.

I seriously do not understand why people complain about me describing my plans.

When I do any planning, I include the (low 10%) plan, when I describe just how bad situation could be in 1/10 realistic cases.

But for some reason, I have noticed, that it drives people mad, when I describe these scenarios 🤔
