I am not sure it is a "leftie meme". In fact, I believe, that this definition is a necessary description of a destructive force of one kind.

But the tragedy is, that the same people who use it do not see, that the current US government fits the definition completelly. They are just not honest about it.

A ton of tax money goes to corporations in exchange for a push of the government will, including acts that would be illegal for government to do in the first place. That is the fashism I am terrified of.

Whenever I believe any part of definition to be redundant, I remove it.

In this case, I have not seen any other community to come even close to prosperity. Our governments might be pushing a ton of wellfare to other comunities, but you know all of that money goes to alcohol and drugs, and education money serve only to turn people into unemployable debt slaves.

So, I don't see the government actually helping any community.

There are two useful definitions of fashism.

The original: A merge between corporations and a government
The antifa definition: Any system that actually helps people live up to their potencial, or to form a prospering comunity.

The problem is, that we already live in fashism under the first one, yet for anything under the second definition, the fashism label is used as a scarecrow.
