I believe not taking any drug younger then 10 years is a good rule of thumb.

@LukeAlmighty @matrix Mental health doctors are a joke. They only fix very trivial issues that anyone can solve and expect to payed large sums for it. If you've actual problems that actually effect your day-to-day life and psyche, you're passed onto the next fraud to pretend to fix your problems.
There was one guy who was suicidal and had thoughts of killing himself. He was told by a professional to seek help from a hospital because they apparently help with that sort of thing. After applying and waiting for months, he was told they couldn't help him and pushed him unto the next hospital to do it all over again.

When I thought about it for a while, I understood the problem.
I am autistic. That is why I studied psychology in free time. To understand normies.
So, if most people in psychology got into studying because they were sick in some way, and then they become the masters of the field, how can that create a healthy environment?
These people lack empathy and then study from other people who lack empathy. So, that sets the kind of help you will get.
