But we can afford it for now, since our nation isn't in such a chaos as US is in now.

One pub I saw was offering a free beer to anyone who came in with an "unfilled voting ticket for Top09", being a proof, you didn't vote for them. So, the rules aren't as strict and as well followed as they should be XD
