The only people who can even be said to “make culture” are people doing it for free, without the oversight of management - ergo, the only real culture being created is in places like this.
How many of our memes have gone from 15-man group chats to being parroted by KFC’s social media roasties in the span of 3 years?
How many unknown, unappreciated memetic heroes have written posts, published stories that resonated more than every ‘hit’ movie made for the last 20 years?
They say “culture”, but they only see that which is approved and dated with a trademark. Just like white culture, it seems invisible to them because it’s ubiquitous.
But sure, prove me wrong and show me a black meme that’s made its way up to replace ours. Instead, we get black-ified shit like the negro wojaks, imitation masquerading as creation

I agree completely. While the exploration and just interacting with the world itself is a great fun, I definitelly didn't feel the "living world" in there, and the story was a huge letdown.
If you play it, the only thing I can say is: Go for whatever sidequest you feel like, since the main quest is absolutely barebones.

Something I really hate about working with women in guy-jobs is that they simply don’t love it like we do. Guys will dive into their jobs like this, they’ll learn stuff they don’t need, they’ll join forums and pick up tricks as they voraciously consume everything that can about their passion.
I’ve yet to see a woman do that the same way. I’ve never, ever seen a girl pilot finish a long 8-hr flight and head insite to turn on microsoft flight sim and fly another virtual flight with strangers online, dreaming of her next job in a bigger, better jet. I’ve seen that more than a handful of times in the men, though.
That’s something people never really talk about with stories like these. It’s an accessory for her, it’s a life’s labor for him (provided he’s autistic)
