Income disparity is a seriously hard topic to tackle.

While the boss does not work 380 times harder, he does in fact risk 380 times more with his decisions, and 380 of "9-5 employees" do not create any new jobs,l on their own (mostly thanks to fucking ridiculous labor laws)
