And no, I don't have to see myself as special to know, that other humans might have different goals then I do.

I believe, that kids should learn this before they reach kindergarden.

> My argument is so bad, I will rather force you to read 300 pages of shit, and if you still don't agree, I will just send another book instead

@moffintosh @Jens_Rasmussen
> I don't care about 0,0002 percent of decision power.

> Use your 0,0002 percent of decision power to fix the company full of idiots

@moffintosh
The employer cares about ME personally, because I gave a huge part of my life trying to be useful.

HR Karren cares about her dog more then about my life.

We are not the same, and I want her to have her have as little of an effect on my ability to earn a living as possible.

I can talk to my boss. I cannot talk to 500 feminist retards.

@moffintosh
> Plus, in a democratic workplace, if your proposals are popular enough and you aren't completely incompetent you can always run for management or the administration board.

I am there tp work, not to be a politician.

> It's less about the single me and more about the workers as a whole.

Why do you assime, that I have anything in comon with the retards I work with?

@moffintosh
If I got partial ownership of the company, my ability to vote would contribute 0,0002 percent of decision power.
As of now, it's 0...

I am really not trying to be smug, but do you SERIOUSLY care about 0.0002%? Is that the issue for you?

@riley
If this is the way you tell them your ideas, no wonder they don't listen.

@aral @riley
I got a reality check today, when a european politician thought of regulating face recognition AI for companies....

Yeah....
1) That is a bandait on a fucking broken dam of machine learning.
2) These algorythms have been in use for 10 years already
3) This dumb regulation is at this point nothing but a joke. Big tech got all the data and money from it already, but the regulation came in just in time to limit small companies/individuals from using it.

@moffintosh
> production is a social activity yet the fruits of labor are for only the owners

I have no idea where did this come from. :omegalul:

@moffintosh
As far, as I understand your side, the problem with capitalism is, that people with money can force you to give them your money through bad trade conditions.

But a money printer is this problem on steroids. They steal value of your money.... even without any need for your agreement.

@moffintosh
There are many problems with capitalism. My favorite is the focus on short term profits over sustainability for share holders.

A share that jumps 50 percent one year and then drops to 0 is a great 1 year investment. But a horrible way of running a buisiness.

All I'm asking is for you to consider the destruction that is caused by siphoning the value straight out of your pocket by people who don't give a shit about you... without any conscent or benefit to you.

@moffintosh
Yes.
And I say, that is is prefferable to all of my money being taken away through the inflation.

@moffintosh
If there was no money printing, the economy would look quite different :D
