@LukeAlmighty @Jens_Rasmussen I thought you were talking about BPD before I scrolled up
@Jens_Rasmussen
What line out of all the shit I wrote made you finally understand, that the BP does in fact affect my gaming experience?
@Jens_Rasmussen
Have you ever seen a human?
Do you understand, that motivation is not a rational concept?
@Jens_Rasmussen
Because your fucking daily login won't get you the shiny reward.
Are you seriously so dumb, that you don't understand what it can do?
Have you ever seen a casino? These people seriously don't have to play either. What's the chance they will win a million right?????
Well, BP does not challange my lack, but my grit. And that is one thing, that I have more then enough to ruin my own life.
@Jens_Rasmussen Why are you absolutely ignoring that I said, that the entire point of BP is to 9-5 your relax time?
@Jens_Rasmussen
A relaxing time
@Jens_Rasmussen
That is literally the point though.
@Jens_Rasmussen
Well.... good for you???? I guess???
@Jens_Rasmussen
> You must be letting it get to you in some way that isn't rational.
Well, it's a game. I am sitting in chair moving small peaces of plastic. There is nothing rational about this. The entire concept of gaming is based on manipulating your emotion through flashing lights.
@Jens_Rasmussen
Before BP, a grind was something you could do at your own pace. That means, that even the longest of long grinds were just a question of you playing the game.
BP puts a timer on your grinds, forcing you to 9-5 your relax time.
@Jens_Rasmussen
That's where you're wrong.
It's literal psychological torture.
I feel actually insane, but after spending over 1100h in War thunderm yet I cannot force myself to return. And when I thought about it, I realized, that the reason is..... battle pass.
The battle pass is the most toxic way of monetization, I have ever seen. And I am shocked by it, because it is so fucking bad, I cannot return to a game I used to love because of it.

Bruh, Pirates are actually getting a better product these days, then what paying customers get.

It means, that I have to go to work today.
And that Natasha has a name day.
