Well, BP does not challange my lack, but my grit. And that is one thing, that I have more then enough to ruin my own life.

Well, it's a game. I am sitting in chair moving small peaces of plastic. There is nothing rational about this. The entire concept of gaming is based on manipulating your emotion through flashing lights.

Before BP, a grind was something you could do at your own pace. That means, that even the longest of long grinds were just a question of you playing the game.

BP puts a timer on your grinds, forcing you to 9-5 your relax time.
