I would be quite ok with the litter being put down, but this seems to me insanely cruel.

This is just depressing.
People are unironically calling castration a "fix" or "cure" and saying, that it will make the pets happier.

Ano, tyto ponižující cedule jsou opravdu něco, čeho jsem si všiml. Nejenom, že neříkají, že je to placené z mých daní, ale místo toho předstírají, že Evropská unie """redistribucí""" mích peněz poskytuje službu, za kterou bych měl být vděčný, přestože tu samou funkci může poskytovat i český stát.
