How exactly is that an essential?
So, let's try to map this out. If I were to estimate the level of necessity, what would it look like:
Essential lvl1: production and redistribution of necesery suplies (food,water)
lvl 2: stabilizers: required for a stable society. (police, army, health)
lvl 3: accelerators: enable to increase the effectiveness of all layers (roads, tech)
lvl 99: money sinks: allows you to waste time and money to feel better (bars, cinemas, gaming and charities)

You can modify or complete this list, but there is no way a charity belongs to the essential IMO.

Is there a good place do download the entire "Ordinace v růžové zahradě?" Just asking from a pure curriosity of course.

@stux You can clearly hear from the kid's voice that he's not afraid to speak openly about his feelings yet. That means that both parents are doing a great work so far.
