@MilquetoastQT I love how the young group was the only one not really affected at all, and even going down recently.
Sometimes I almost forget why I cannot ever sleep. But it is obvious. One day, as a kid, I realized that one day, I am going to die. I could not sleep, and for hours, I had no other thing to fill my mind, then my ultimate fate.
And that cycle did repeat for weeks until that information was truly fully accepted.
I guess it makes sense that sleep is connected to such a dread ever since.
