@sickburnbro The overall point is good but even that guy has been compromised by a malicious meme. In about 98% of cases (type II) you don't need to take insulin to stay alive. In fact, the insulin you're taking is what is causing the blindness, organ failure, and loss of circulation leading to amputations.
The right answer to just stop stuffing your face with garbage every waking moment and then your blood sugar will naturally go down all by itself.
