The problem with theae videos is that they do talk about the eventual major change/lifestyle.

That motivates person to workout once and give up. I prefer to tell people what is the true minimum to get started.

To lift 10kg 10 times takes 40s.
most people have 40s per day in their life. that is a good place to start. And it is the exact opposite of the usual 30 min workout most people find when they star searching this shit up.
