Why the fuck does the windows have that anoying sound when I'm setting up volume.

I am listening to shit, that is too quiet. So, I increase the volume. So, While I still barely hear the video, windows will blast BLUUUUUUHHHMMM into my year to make sure, that is the volume I wanted.

And no, disabling system sounds doesn't work, because some Microsoft genius knew that combination wasn't exactly what he wanted.
