Všechny dotační systémmy jsou rozbité už od počátečního konceptu, jelikož proměňuješ, co měla být "pomoc chudým" na prestižní kariéru.

A to je i za předpokladu, že korupce není faktorem. V moment kdy stát tvoří dotace je tak tlustý, že už bych mu ani sanitku nevolal.
