That shit is called MOTIVATION. And to so BIOLOGY BASED MOTIVATION as basic as this is amazing. EXPLOIT THAT SHIT!!! This is the 2nd best motivation, followed only by a doctor telling you, that you are dying. And he missed that point entierly.

I am so tired of Think before you sleep.

He used to make semi-reasonable videos, but since he had to give up his main topic, his entire last year of videos are literally nothing but dunking on fat people.

It's easy to point, laugh and say "obesity is a choice", but fat loss is actually the hardest thing I did in my life. And it's sad to see this insane process to be ridiculed and belittled.

But as I said, he used to make an actual self improvement content. How low can a MF get, when this is all he can offer now?
