To souhlasím.
Český film je prostě ostuda.
Jedinou výjimkou je nedávná Teorie Tygra, ale české pohádky jsou jako kdyby je generovala AI, a dobrou komedii si taky už ani nepamatuji.
Ani nemluvě o té slátanině zvané Bourák. To nebyl film, ale jen hromada slátaných scén.

Tak Hollywood.
Má pointa byla, že kultura je něco, co jde proměnit v Gigantocký průmysl. Momentálně jsou jen 2 zdroje kultury v tomto masovém měřítku, a oba jsou založeny na sjednoceném průmyslu s vyhrazeném cílem sdílet národní kulturu.
Česká kultura se skládá mimo jiné z hospodské upřímnosti, úctě k pohodovému životu, selský rozum a ocenění soužití. Vše věci, které chybí jak v Holywoodu, tak i v Anime.
Ale podporu národní identity ani zábavního průmyslu tady opravdu nemáme, a proto je má myšlenka čistě akademická

I had a talk about this recently. My sister fell in love with a lord of the rings mug. It had elven motives, and was esthetically pleasing. She turned it around and..... there as a ring, and a "lord of the rings logo". Someone thought, that it was a great idea to put a logo on a thematically formed merch, and it completely ruined the illusion. It was no longer a mug from middle earth. It was just another piece of pointless merch.
