Definice zločince je doslova člověk, který porušil zákon.
Zákon je abstraktní pravidlo schválené většinou politiků u moci. Takže organizovaný zločin ve vládě je 1 papír daleko od organizované státní zprávy. A naopak, státní zpráva je nemorální humus, který už byl osvícen papírem od lidí, kteří ten humus páchají.
