While it doesn't leat to the good sleep, it helps me trigger the 1-3 hour sleep quite fast.

Luckily, my standard sleep is getting a lot better lately.

Instead of alarm clock at the correct time each day, I am at the stage, where I can put the times alarm, and fall asleep a bit sooner. But it has to be a timed one, since a single 10h sleep would fuck the whole thing up.

Make sure they are talking about something boring, yet they are still words.

Hold your focus on that sound. And try "not" to fall asleep while listening.

This isn't the best strategy, but in desperate times, it can help.

It's simple
All I want is a non-woke movie adaptation of a video game, where characters look and act like their in game counterpart. This movie also has to have great 90s feel, including the 90s cringe and the sex factor we've been missing all this time. NO POLITICS, just bunch of sexy accurate characters doing their thing and having blast. It has to be obviously a love project, that gets even smaller details like movement absolutely spot on for each of them.

There's no way this one could backfire.
