@Elfie @cowanon @Orakel @aven The fact that collectivist african tribes whose moral attitude is that of "Care based Morality" are still backwards and primitives, is more evidence that Individualism and Meritocracy and a structure whose moreal attitude is that od "Justice based Morality" is the way to go to achieve technological advancement and create better living conditions.

TL;DR : Enlightment values are better than Tribalist values.

This misuse of the term may stem from misuse of the term "capitalism", where it is misused to refer to heavily regulated corporate monopolies that are exempt by government from free market forces. Capitalists refer to this are "Corporatism", and it is anti-capitalist because corporations and government intermix via regulation and subsidy. Corporations use regulations and intellectual property laws to create barriers to entry to the market, so that they do not have to compete.

When they become a government-enabled monopoly/duopoly, you get the outrageous practices we see, that could not exist in a free market where people could buy from someone less egregious instead.
