So the cycle is
>break sugar addiction
>wean yourself off of grease / super food addiction for a year straight.
>start lifting
>WALK, DONT RUN
>cycle in water / tea / energy drink alternatives that arnt sugar heavy
>start cycling in meats that arnt deep fried in vegetable oil (beef tallow / lard is fine)
>one year later
>burgers taste fucking awful because you no longer have grease lining
>soda does not taste right
>tea and water become the preferred
>can actually taste when food is swimming in grease or not.
>body begins to give you a proper limit on your lifts and walk cycles
