One ex was immensely slovenly and lazy, spent all her time “depressed” and locked in her dirty room. Not long after we went our separate ways she got married to some always-smiling guy and she’s a totally different person. Sis says she’s a hard working wife now, has a pt job saving up for kid #1

@LukeAlmighty @PonyPanda Chicks are wired different though, competition isn’t so much an active thing they engage in, it’s passive, like holding a hand in poker. There’s an active component where they try to self-improve (by their standards) to get better cards, but in social situations they’re closely attuned to who’s holding what and where they stack up.

And as a hornyposter myself, I’ll admit I would severely curtail my activities the second I have a child of speaking age, and I would never even have done it once if my name and face were attached.

You have to expect that your sons will see EVERYTHING you do online at some point, and you gotta understand that they will take every bit of excess as carte blanche to go as far as you did and then some.

For a father of 5? A married dad? Yeah…..I’d really have a hard time respecting mine doing this kind of stuff. (assuming the swinger’s week at ‘hedonism’ thing is true)

SEE? SEE? This is yet ANOTHER problem caused by the total lack of children in our society. Now that the baseline, the normal is being a childless bachelor as a man, we’ve totally missed out on all the little lessons from old people saying “now kid, you’re a father. From now on you gotta shape up, you can’t do that kind of thing, your kids look to you for guidance“.

Nope, now being a father is no different from being a masturbatory, hedonistic bachelor, your sons aren’t allowed to expect any sort of moral standard from you, you have every right to take care of you and you alone. It’s just so selfish and dumb, and damaging to your kids’ chances of building a healthy life, a disciplined sex life, and a solid marriage. Why get married and settle down when you know your dad’s letting other people do weird pervert shit to your mother? Why respect him?

Had this woman been raised in a healthy environment all this thinking would be directed to very good, eugenic things. Instead she’s trying to merge healthy instincts with societal programming to rewrite her life into something it’s not

It’s like they’re trying to cater to the extremely enlightened centrist who loudly says “well I hate both sides equally!”
