They used to just give you a shitty ‘attaboy’ when you went above and beyond, you’d get company trinkets or accumulate points for goyslop-tech. Now, they can’t even retain those awards programs because anything performance based is racist.

They’re even skimping on the verbal goyslop: “Sorry we can’t give you a raise now, but maybe in a few months after we reshuffle personnel, your skills are wasted in your spot for sure! You’re the best worker I have, just gimme a while to find a better fit for your talent!”

Ive met people on food stamps and Ive met doctors and both have gotten divorced with their kids taken from them.
