Dieting tip:
When I am trying to lose weight, one of the affected features of my organism is the ability to heat the body up. This was a huge problem during the winter. I couldn't stand it.

On the other hand, during summer, this does seem like quite a benefit TBH.

Fitness is weird.
I have to hurt myself every day just enough for it to leave a mark, but not enough to leave an unwanted mark or even finish me off....
