It might be just me, but this has to be the dumbest, yet still sassy 'lost phone' poster I have ever seen.

People say that thinking on your feet is a great ability. It might be so.
But after I starter working in IT, I realized that many people are ignoring the truth.

Thinking on your ass is much more effective.

Did you know, nowdays when you go into a university, they force you into a group projects?

Now, before we start, this problem is HUGE. The meaning of university is
1) to educate YOU,
2) to give you a paper that YOU know your shit.

Now, let me introduce the group projects. That means, that when you are hiring a guy, who has a university degree, there is a chance, he did not write a single line of his work.

ON THE OTHER SITE
There is that one guy in every group who is the group. His quality is the quality of the group. And the only advantage he can possibly gain, is if he can delegate. And even if the rest of the group will listen, they will suppy him with garbage, that doesn't fit his quality anyway.

It's good studying and knowing, that if my school will get the reputation it deserve, I will have to completelly erase it from my resume, even if I did all the work...?
