i'm trying to imagine what similar modern propaganda would look like if the West were engaged in a Total War in the 21st century. what values would they appeal to? how would they bring a semblance of cultural unity to boost morale? does anyone think they could stitch together such a disparate populace? you really get a sense that the effectiveness and quality of propaganda has degraded over the decades. a good benchmark would look something like the Biden and Trump campaign hype videos. i'd really like to see how they'd do it.
