I don't know of a good guide, offhand, but I can probably answer the question directly.
Some disk gets mounted at the top, /. Every other disk gets mounted somewhere inside it. Strongly recommend making /home be one of them, so that if you have to nuke the OS, your personal data is completely unaffected.
Also you can pretend things that are not disks are disks, and mount them too. Headaches ensue.

Netflix bailed, and Paramount+ is left to pay for the whole thing, which is why it will be only 8 episodes for the first season, which is half of what STD got.

What was promised to be a return to norm, is another Kurtzman-Trek™ dumpster fire.

Thankfully no new movies will be greenlit with Bad Robot / Secret Hideout.

Strange new worlds is set to be a low budget production, reusing as many assets as they can from STD and Picard.

Speaking of, licensees, including toy makers, turned down STD season 4 and Picard season 2.
Nothing was learned, nothing changed.

Needless to say, the recently re-merged ViacomCBS, neck-deep in debt, and teetering on the verge of bankruptcy, is not happy with these developments.
