@rasterman The worst part is TS3 and TS4 businesses don't even work right, TS3 needs very specific objects to function, and it's all tied to the objects and with the way the game is you'll never see anybody even if you do it in a hot spot. TS4 has arbitrary limits and home businesses don't work without mods or cheats.

How they could do it 20 years ago without thinking and then never be able to do it again is fucking crazy to me

@Publius @redmaple The goal isn't to combat climate change or reduce pollution, it's to reduce living standards in Western countries.

@redmaple @ChristiJunior @Publius Environmentalism is maybe the most corrupted and warped cause. It's extremely frustrating because I do think that there are reasonable concerns with things like pollution, destruction of ecosystems and overproduction of stuff like plastic. The problem with environmentalism is that it's been jewed in to this gigantic nonsensical leftist death cult where they'll blame the west for everything while never touching actual threats to the environment like Africa and India because they're full of smelly brown people who are somehow beyond reproach even when they're the ones who care the least about the longterm sustainability of anything.
