@LukeAlmighty Na úrovni okrsků je to tak, že program zpracovává data, ale zároveň připravuje tiskové výstupy. Odevzdáváš jak data na flash tak papíry. Jsou poměrně přehledné a obsahují spoustu kontrolních součtů.
Jiná věc je ta vyšší úroveň, ale tam to těžko někdo bude počítat na kalkulačce. A ani by to důvěryhodnější nebylo.
Důležitá je transparence ve všech krocích a open data. Ve volební komisi pak mohou dohlížet všechny strany.
