@ChristiJunior Going by these very scientific numbers, the younger girls tend not to feature as much (Kat & Ana tend to be depicted as adults), while 5-volt might appeal to MILF appreciators. Mona is a high school student; but it seems the appeal falls fast before even reaching 19 years of age. 13-amp looks about the same age as Ashley, but she's a recent addition (Gold). @LukeAlmighty I do a mix of 16/8, so eating in an 8 hour window only, and 24 hour fasts

usually two 24 hour fasts a week, sunday->monday and thurs->friday evenings

those are my basic rules, but very often I’ll only eat in a 3-4 hour window on 16/8 days because I’m just not hungry in the latter half of the 8 hour window

FWIW I find it a lot easier to be hungry going to bed than having to wait for a long time to eat in the morning, so usually I’ll eat for the first time 3 hours or so after I get up
